Join our dynamic Field Systems team and play a pivotal role in driving channel excellence by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of partner relationships and contracts. This is a high-impact opportunity to streamline operations and support global expansion while working at the intersection of sales, legal, and technology in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What Makes This Role Great:

This role offers a unique vantage point across Trimble’s Field Systems segment, where you will take true ownership of the partner lifecycle. Unlike traditional support roles, you will act as a critical bridge between Sales and Legal, managing complex contract negotiations and shaping the digital partner experience through the Trimble Partner Hub.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Reseller Agreements, including the ownership of contract red lines and facilitating timely execution between internal stakeholders and partners.

  • Lead strategic enhancements for the Trimble Partner Hub, overseeing partner onboarding and data integrity to ensure a seamless digital experience.

  • Coordinate complex channel transitions, including reseller additions, mergers, and business splits, to support global market expansion.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Legal teams to develop and optimize tools, templates, and processes that improve overall channel capability.

  • Drive project milestones for channel enablement activities, ensuring effective communication and tracking from initiation to completion.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing business contracts, legal documentation, or reseller agreements.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • High degree of initiative and the ability to navigate ambiguity to find solutions for complex problems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience in a Channel Operations or Channel Enablement environment.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as DOMO.

  • Experience working within the geospatial, construction, or agricultural technology industries.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
