As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth through resellers from the assigned territory. You will be a seasoned sales professional who will be required to identify strategic business opportunities and work collaboratively with the ecosystem including License Consultants, Channel partners, CSM etc. to achieve the revenue targets. This role is instrumental in contributing to a robust sales culture and requires an enterprise growth vision, confident and influential person who can develop strong business relationships across the board.

Responsible for the expansion of software sales business in the territory to achieve and exceed the sales targets assigned.
You will work closely with technical managers, and channel partners/resellers to promote the growth of revenue in the Enterprise segment from the territory assigned.
Additionally, you will also:
● Generate and expand software sales businesses in the territory to provide the company with long-term stable software sales business growth value;
● Evaluate the value of customers, create key customer software sales transaction opportunities, and implement the team's sales initiatives.
● Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
● Establish effective cooperation with channel partners to develop and implement long-term cooperation models for high-quality customers.

● Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Japanese is mandatory.
Qualifications / Experience
● Software company experience, BIM or AEC background is a plus
● Willingness to travel to meet end users up to 60% of the time.
