Do you have some years of experience in Channel sales (SaaS) and you are looking for new challenges?


If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA Channel Sales team as one of our Channel Sales Managers. 


Focusing on the Nordic and Baltics regions, you will be responsible for managing our Indirect Sales partners across the region as well as potentially bringing on additional Channel Partners. You will be responsible for growing our existing market share across multiple products, using our existing channel clients as a foundation for growth.


As one of our Channel Sales Managers, you will join a high performing team of Channel Sales professionals where you will take the lead on managing our third-party seller network. It is likely that you will take multiple Trimble products to market including SketchUp and Tekla.


You must be comfortable building excellent relationships with our reseller network in your assigned countries and ensure that they are aligned to our sales strategy and business values. You will use your sales and communication skills to work with and inspire our resellers to be the best advocates for our Trimble products.  

This is a complex role where you will work collaboratively with colleagues in the internal Sales Channel team, internal stakeholders in other departments as well as your external channel partners. You must have the capacity to prioritise your work and relationships to best effect. As well as having excellent channel sales knowledge you must be data driven and have the ability to analyse complex sales data to ensure that the channel sales pipeline is resilient enough to support the EMEA sales strategy. And if not, you must be proactive in developing additional channels as necessary.


What You Will Do:

  • Support strategic planning within a fast-paced and dynamic partner ecosystem
  • Acquire, retain and manage resellers and optimize their performance
  • Generate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotas
  • Audit reseller capability and apply custom approaches to achieve your goals
  • Measure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to improve it
  • Work with partners to produce business and marketing plans
  • Work closely with partner marketing teams to support demand-generation activities
  • Increase focus on account management to expand within mid-sized companies
  • Collaborate with Trimble teams to deliver localized assets for growth and retention 


What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in channel sales management
  • Understanding of local marketing needs
  • SaaS Sales experience, including high-value account management 
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Fluent English language skills  (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of current reseller channels in the AECO market is favorable
  • Ability to travel when needed (apprx. 20%)
