What Makes This Role Great:
You will join a high-performing team of Channel Sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the management of our third-party seller network, driving growth for Trimble’s AECO segment across a dynamic international territory. You must be adept at building strong relationships with our reseller network in your assigned countries. It is crucial to ensure their alignment with our sales strategy and business values. Furthermore, you will leverage your sales and communication expertise to inspire our resellers to be the most effective advocates for Trimble products.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Architect Partner Success: Acquire, retain, and optimize a high-performing reseller network, ensuring they are inspired advocates for Trimble’s premier AECO portfolio.
Strategize for Growth: Leverage an increased focus on account management to support strategic planning and revenue forecasting, ensuring we meet and exceed EMEA sales targets within a fast-paced partner ecosystem.
Ignite Demand: Collaborate with partner marketing teams to spearhead localized demand-generation activities and innovative business plans.
Drive Regional Excellence: Audit and coach reseller capabilities, implementing creative incentive frameworks that turn performance data into tangible market wins.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven Channel Leadership: You bring 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, with a track record of driving results through indirect sales partners.
SaaS & Sales Expertise: You are a skilled negotiator with deep experience in high-value account management and SaaS sales cycles.
Strategic & Independent: You possess the ability to analyze complex data, set clear priorities, and work autonomously in a remote environment.
Fluent Communicator: You are a natural motivator with professional-level English language skills.
Existing knowledge of reseller channels specifically within the AECO market.
Familiarity with the specific localized marketing needs and business cultures within the Eastern Mediterranean and Balkans region.

Location: Bulgaria
Travel Requirement: Regular business travel is expected to meet business needs and engage with our partner network.
