What will you do?

  • Under general direction, responsible for the indirect-sales of Johnson Controls to promote Controls products (BAS, Valves, Controls Field Devices) with a focus on sales opportunities with distributors to achieve indirect business growth
  • Focuses on assigned area(s) of Indirect business
  • Builds and maintains long-term Distributors relationships and ensures customer/distributors satisfaction
  • Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on inbusiness growth
  • Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier
  • Address customer objective / needs and requirements, recommend solution and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantage
  • Keep manager informed for the change in marketplace, applies knowledge of competitors' service and business to favorable differentiate our service from them

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or any experiences related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in indirect sales & Service Business (Controls)
  • Good interpersonal skill and good connection with people for both internal and external
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English
