Key tasks

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell our product
  • Manage and develop distributor partners with clear plan and sales target
  • Maintain and grow market share of responsible partners with agile actions to take based on competitors’ activities and partners’ changes etc.
  • Cross-functional coordination internally within sales team and P&A team
  • Up to 2/3 of travelling time

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical related majors
  • Over 5 years sales experience in industrial automation field with proven track record
  • Food or Pharma industry experience or mechanical system experience would be a plus
  • Experience in managing distributors and high integrity
  • Good business acumen, willing to learn
  • Teamwork spirit and good cross function communication skills
  • Can accept travel rate up to 60%
