As Channel Sales/Customer Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in embedding our brand promise, forever caring, across internal and external audiences.

Our Seoul office requires onsite working approach.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Assist to lead and negotiate commercial relationships with distributors / dealers and clinics to drive business growth.

  • Establishment and execution of yearly/quarterly sales target achievement plan

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market conditions, including customer needs and competitors, and implementation of marketing plan/alterations as needed.

  • Strong analytical skills including the handling of financial data

  • Demonstrates understanding of how organizations achieve profitability targets

  • Ability to develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies and ROI analysis

  • The high energy level and highly motivated & self-starter.

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Lead strategically and proactively by example with a hands-on approach.

  • Brand Knowledge: Understands product, users, motivations

Skills & experience

  • 5 years + of experience in the healthcare industry preferably dealing with dealers and vendors.

  • Successful experiences in product/service sales & marketing strategies development and implementation of sales and marketing plans/campaigns on vendors and clinics channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making as well as a goal-oriented approach.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and give presentations to Key Stakeholders

  • Knowledge of medical devices (ideally medical consumables) and/or pharmaceutical industries and legal/regulatory requirements

  • Excellent numerical, and analytical skills

Qualifications & education

  • Graduate caliber, relevant degree preferably in business or marketing

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

[요건]

  • 경험: 5년 이상의 의료기기/제약/소비재 영업 경력 (딜러, 공급업체 거래 경험 우대)

  • 학력: 4년제 대학 졸업 이상 (비즈니스, 마케팅 관련 전공 우대)

  • 역량:

  • 데이터 분석 및 해석 능력

  • 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 능력

  • 목표 지향적이고 능동적인 자세

  • 영어 능력 (비즈니스 영어 가능)
