Job Summary

The ROI Engine Lead will drive investment effectiveness across GCCE (Global Commercial Channel Enablement) initiatives, ensuring strategic programs and partner investments deliver measurable business impact. This role will lead the development of frameworks and analytics that evaluate the return on key initiatives, enabling data-driven prioritization of programs and resource allocation.

Working closely with business planning, finance, performance management, and category teams, the ROI Engine Lead will coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve financial discipline, strengthen margin focus, and increase transparency of investment outcomes. The role plays a key part in enabling leadership decisions by translating data into actionable insights that optimize partner programs, channel investments, and strategic initiatives.

In this position, the individual will orchestrate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring that investment strategies align with overall business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth in the channel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ROI Engine within the GCCE operating model, driving initiatives focused on improving investment effectiveness and program performance.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to measure and evaluate ROI across partner programs, channel incentives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Planning teams to align investment governance with financial discipline and margin-focused objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision making and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize investments by scaling high-impact initiatives and adjusting underperforming programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across markets, categories, and channel organizations to ensure consistent measurement and reporting of program performance.
  • Support the evolution of compensation and incentive structures toward margin and profitability metrics.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure cohesive execution of investment strategies across the organization.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Typically 7–10 years of related experience in business planning, finance, strategy, or performance management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments within global organizations.
  • Experience in channel programs, partner ecosystems, or go-to-market strategy is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in investment governance, program performance analysis, or financial planning.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and strategic thinking capability.
