Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a robust distribution framework aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market and SWOT analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint channel partners based on coverage, technical expertise, and strategic fit.
  • Ensure partners adhere to brand representation and contractual standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance technical knowledge and value-selling capabilities.
  • Deploy incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, preferably in lubricants or industrial products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability in value selling and partnership development.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
