Overview: The Channel Operations Specialist provides day‑to‑day operational support in alignment with the Channel Partner goals of the Company. This role is focused on executing established processes accurately and efficiently, maintaining high‑quality partner data, and supporting internal stakeholders such as Channel Managers, Sales, Legal, and Partner Marketing. The position is well suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working in systems and trackers.

What you will do:

  • Support the setup of new channel partners by processing requests from Channel Managers and Sales, following defined onboarding workflows. Manage partner records, including partner access to the Partner Portal, in Salesforce and supporting trackers.
  • Prepare standard partner agreements and coordinate signature processes in collaboration with Legal and Channel Operations leadership.
  • Manage operational processing for deal registration submissions, teaming agreements, and influence fee requests in line with documented procedures.
  • Ensure required approvals and documentation are completed before processing partner‑related transactions. Maintain accurate records to support downstream reporting and partner payments.
  • Assist with the administration of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) by tracking requests, approvals, and payment status in coordination with Partner Marketing.
  • Support the issuance and tracking of Not For Resale (NFR) licenses for partner enablement and training.
  • Respond to routine operational inquiries from partners and internal teams, escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain high data quality across Salesforce and Channel Operations trackers, ensuring information is complete, timely, and accurate. Perform regular checks on partner records, agreements, and status fields to support reliable reporting. Support audits and compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and data when requested.
  • Execute recurring operational tasks such as contract extensions, partner updates, and lifecycle changes according to defined processes.
  • Identify process issues or gaps and flag them to senior team members for improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, channel operations or similar process and data driven role
  • High attention to detail
  • Consistent follow‑through on multi‑step processes and approvals
  • Strong oral and written English communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Technical or software skills required: MS Excel, Salesforce experience strongly preferred

Salary: 90 000 - 120 000 PLN gross per year - compensation is flexible and open for discussion, with the possibility of adjustment for candidates whose skills and experience strongly align with the role’s requirements
