Who is your future team?
You'll be part of the Nordic Marketing team, reporting to the Manager, Marketing - Nordics. The team covers the full marketing mix across the region and works in close collaboration with HQ and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) marketing functions to ensure consistency and high impact. Together, the team values openness, collaboration, and a shared drive to strengthen the Axis brand in the market.
What you'll do here as a Channel Marketing Specialist
As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you are a key driver of the Axis brand in the Nordic sub-region. You'll own a specific area of the marketing effort, balancing strategic planning with daily hands-on execution to ensure our partners and customers get the right marketing support at the right time.
Develop and manage the channel marketing plan and budget for your area of the Nordic sub-region, including yearly, quarterly, and monthly planning with clear targets and recommendations.
Drive marketing activities with distribution and channel partners, ensuring strong partner relationships and impactful co-marketing initiatives.
Localise and execute corporate and EMEA marketing campaigns, adapting them for the Nordic market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, HQ marketing, and regional teams to ensure activities are relevant, timely, and aligned with business needs.
Track, measure, and report on marketing activity ROI, using insights to continuously improve effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

You're a natural relationship builder who connects easily with both internal colleagues and external partners. You bring a creative and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You're curious, proactive, and always open to new approaches and tools.
We'd love to hear that you have:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in channel marketing, ideally within an IT or technology company
Experience independently managing projects, timelines, and budgets
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
A confident and clear communication style, with the ability to deliver presentations to different audiences and seniority levels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Bonus points if you also bring:
Familiarity with additional Nordic or European languages
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or digital campaign tools
Experience from the security or surveillance technology industry
Travel: Occasional travel within the region, a few times per year.
