About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Intern to join our Channel Marketing Center of Excellence team to support F5’s Partner Investment Program—a critical initiative driving partner engagement and revenue growth for F5 go-to-market priorities. This role will primarily support global partner marketing initiatives, focusing on Market Development Fund (MDF) program administration and partner event communications. This internship role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, program governance, and partner engagement. 

Eligibility: This internship is open to students pursuing their bachelors or masters degree at an accredited college or university in the US, planning to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.  Our interns (and their conversion role ) are required to be based on one of our US hub locations where you can experience a hybrid working environment.   This role is based out of Seattle, WA and interns are expected to relocate for the duration of their internship. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Data Management & Reporting  

  • Assist with MDF program administration, including tracking requests, approvals, and reporting. 

  • Support quarterly reporting cadence and help prepare data and insights for leadership reviews and QBRs. 

  • Collaborate with theatre channel teams on campaign execution and performance tracking. 

  • Support partner event communications, including drafting and coordinating content for initiatives such as the Partner Connect Quarterly Update and partner-facing emails. 

  • Content & Documentation  

  • Update and maintain MDF program guides, training materials, best practices documents, and other program documentation. 

  • Maintain accuracy of partner-facing program materials in collaboration with marketing operations. 

  • Process Support  

  • Help track and monitor timely MDF claims and proof-of-performance submissions. 

  • Participate and support program audits to ensure compliance with Opex/Contra classifications and other program requirements/guidelines. 

  • Cross-Team Collaboration  

  • Coordinate with regional channel teams on MDF activity tracking. 

  • Provide administrative support for global training sessions and webinars (internal and to-partner) 

Qualifications 

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT); familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Vistex/GTMS is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design is helpful, but not required 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Learning Objectives 

  • Understand the end-to-end MDF process and the role of MDF in going to market with channel partners and distributors 

  • Develop skills in partner communications (to land the “what’s in it for partners” message) 

  • Learn about AI-driven marketing tools or automation platforms 

  • Gain experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management 

  • Capstone” assignment for the intern to own and present at the end of the internship. Topic to-be-determined.

The hourly U.S. pay range for this position is: $23.82 - $51.70
