About the Role:
As a Manager (Sales Channel/Affiliates), you will manage a team responsible for achieving performance metrics and revenue targets in a designated department. Your role involves leading the strategic effort to locate, evaluate, and recruit potential channel partners while overseeing the implementation of sales programs and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
Manage the Sales Channel/Affiliates team to meet department performance goals.
Identify and recruit potential reseller partners.
Develop and implement sales programs and initiatives to increase partner success.
Monitor partner activities and performance.
Conduct strategic planning sessions with partners to align with organizational objectives.
Facilitate regular training for partners on products and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Analyze sales data to derive insights and refine sales strategies.
Resolve complex issues that arise between partners and the internal team.
Report on department performance and make recommendations for improvement.
