About the Role 

As the Channel Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Lead, you will drive the execution of AvePoint’s partner GTM strategy across the ANZ region by operationalising programs and motions that deliver scalable, repeatable success. You will combine market knowledge, technical depth, and strong execution capability to translate strategy into GTM programs, partner motions, and field‑ready assets that accelerate partner adoption and revenue impact.  

Working closely with MSPs, SIs, VARs, and distributors, you’ll ensure AvePoint is deeply embedded into their solutions, service catalogues, and customer‑lifecycle engagements. As a central link between ANZ channel partners, product marketing, global GTM, and channel sales, you’ll ensure our value proposition is clearly articulated, locally relevant, and consistently executed. Your work enables the Channel Sales team to show up with clarity, consistency, and impact—ultimately helping partners drive stronger customer outcomes and grow revenue. 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner GTM Activation 

  • Embed AvePoint solutions into MSP, SI, and VAR service offerings to drive recurring‑revenue growth. 
  • Deliver integrated go‑to‑market campaigns including targeted outreach, webinars, one‑to‑many presentation events, partner enablement workshops, sales plays and campaign kits, joint marketing initiatives, and coordinated partner activation programs.  
  • Act as an evangelist by amplifying GTM motions throughout the MSP community, social channels, and your professional network.  

Messaging & Content 

  • Localise and land product messaging, updates, and value propositions across the ANZ partner ecosystem. 
  • Create high‑impact enablement materials and customer‑facing content that support partner sales and solution delivery.  
  • Leverage global product marketing and GTM resources—adapting and tailoring them for regional needs, competitive dynamics, and ANZ market nuance 

Partner Engagement & Market Influence 

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with partner stakeholders to shape adoption, advocacy, and long‑term revenue growth. 
  • Lead presentations, partner sessions, and webinars to build awareness, technical understanding, and alignment with AvePoint solutions.  

Insights, Analytics & Execution Excellence 

  • Analyse partner performance, market signals, and competitive trends to refine priorities and improve channel execution.  
  • Align cross‑functional teams around consistent messaging and partner‑centric priorities 
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft and AvePoint technologies and stay informed of key ANZ market trends.  

What You Bring to the Team 

  • Proven experience executing partner/channel GTM strategies across MSP, SI, and VAR ecosystems, with deep understanding of recurring‑revenue models.  
  • Ability to create compelling, audience‑specific content that supports partner enablement, adoption, and pipeline generation.  
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, the Microsoft partner ecosystem, and the ANZ market landscape.  
  • Skilled in using data and insights to optimise channel programs and inform execution priorities.  
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across matrixed teams while maintaining clarity, momentum, and outcomes.  
  • Confident communicator with strengths in delivering presentations, webinars, and partner‑facing content that builds trust and drives action.
