The Channel Distribution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end distributor management for Region 1 (North Luzon). The role will focus on driving sales performance, strengthening distributor partnerships, and ensuring execution of business strategies to achieve regional targets and KPIs.
 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Handle distributor management for Region 1 (North Luzon)

  • Lead the Distributor Core Work Process and ensure smooth sales operations

  • Act as the main link between GCash and distributor partners

  • Ensure sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives are aligned and achieved

  • Provide business recommendations related to Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution

  • Develop territory strategies, plans, and business-building programs aligned with regional goals

  • Lead business reviews, operations meetings, and distributor performance discussions

  • Monitor distributor performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Build strong relationships with distributor partners and key stakeholders.
     

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in General Trade sales

  • Experience in distributor or channel management is an advantage

  • Has good understanding of P&L or business financials

  • Willing to do heavy field work within North Luzon

  • Strong presentation, communication, influencing, and organizational skills

  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering strong performance

  • Has driving skills and preferably with a valid driver’s license
