Job Summary

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for the Key Account (KA) channel. Your role focuses on designing effective mechanics, ensuring flawless execution, and driving in-store visibility to maximize impact.

Job Descriptions:

  • Create channel strategy development & guideline.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer & shopper insight to identify opportunities in KA channel.
  • Connect shopper through digital media, merchandising and POSM in stores through shopper’s journey
  • Deep understanding of KA channel dynamics and shopper behavior.
  • Develop trade story and selling proposal to both internal and external
  • Co-ordinate with cross functional to ensure excellence execution in the market
  • Operational excellence on monthly execution and adhoc tasks
  • Track, report and analyze channel’s performance and assigned campaign
  • Manage total channel budget and maximize return on investment

Qualifications:

  • Strong FMCG experience
  • Strong in Analyze & Project Management
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance or marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of KA channel dynamics (assortment, visibility, pricing/promo, store formats) and how they translate into shopper-led mechanics that win in store
  • Fluent English skills
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Willingness to conduct regular market/store visits to validate execution and shopper behavior
  • Good in presentation, negotiation and leadership behavior
