Location/Division Specific Information:

This position is based in the United States, within our dynamic and ambitious Sales Operations Group. You will work closely with our world-class team to drive channel development initiatives.

A day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement strategic channel business plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine channel partner needs for growth
  • Monitor and analyze channel and market trends to compete effectively

Keys to Success:

  • Ability to successfully implement business plans with strategic channel partners
  • Proven track record in developing distribution channels
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales or related field
  • Proven experience in channel development
  • Track record of achieving ambitious targets

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Flawless project management abilities
  • Strong understanding of marketing and industrial channel principles

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

This role involves standard office conditions with occasional travel. You must be able to operate a computer and communicate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $68,800.00–$103,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
