The Channel Development Lead will report to the Associate VP, Sales Support You will lead the development and execution of channel strategies and initiatives that drive improved stars outcomes across the enterprise.

You will need significant experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven record of managing high-impact, complex programs that contribute to star ratings performance. You are adept at cross-functional collaboration, program delivery, and executive communication. You must be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Role Description:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of channel initiatives that support measurable improvements in stars outcomes, including but not limited to CTM, member engagement, and quality improvement programs.
  • Oversee a portfolio of complex, enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive operational effectiveness related to stars performance.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and reports, synthesizing program progress, challenges, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in stars, channel development, and program management, offering guidance and mentorship to colleagues and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance enterprise-wide stars initiatives and ensure sustained improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Medicare Stars, with a strong background in managing enterprise programs and initiatives.
  • Experience in stars outcomes, including CTM, member engagement, and quality improvement programs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior executives.
  • In-depth understanding of stars performance metrics, channel development strategies, and program delivery best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in program management, channel development, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed healthcare organization.
  • Advanced skills with project management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience driving operational improvements and innovation to support stars outcomes.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
