Job Description
To oversee the channel and product fulfilment process by engaging in planning, managing specialists, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. To collaborate with senior management and other inter-departmental teams to align operations with business goals, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, banking, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level.
- Knowledge of Botswana banking regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and systems
- Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to banking, company policies, and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management and external stakeholders
