About the Role
Responsible for analysing data and producing relevant report to support business needs1. Work directly as liaison officer between BCA-AIA team in term of new initiatives and monitoring result of implementation in term of report.
2. Support in creating Idea, process and implementing BCA reporting - New initiatives and BCA-AIA projects with liaise with internal support department and sales team and external with BCA. By creating proposal, review process, create SLA, proposal approval within internal AIA and BCA, create Internal memo.
3. Supporting to delivery Bank report for high level like Bancassurance Recognition, Kanwils/KCUs/KCPs analysis, New Product sales and after sales review.
4. Evaluation partnership business process, anticipating requirement, uncovering area and business strategic.
5. As part of channel analytics to create a business analytics for BCA-AIA especially for Business update purpose like working committee, Steering committee and Business plan
6.Have a strong relationship and have strategic business sense in term of new product and new initiatives
7. Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs
8.Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
9.Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
10. Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
11. Review the result of each initiative & product and compare with measurement (SMART)
