Great, then join our Channel team to help Mimecast achieve strategic business goals and objectives working directly with our channel partners in the Dach region.
Mimecast’s is a Channel First company and our primary ‘route to market” is the channel. You’ll develop and execute a partner sales plan to further grow and build the Mimecast Channel Ecosystem in the region and drive incremental revenue at both Resellers and Managed Service Providers.
You will work closely with the Mimecast Sales, Sales Engineering and Marketing team to drive demand, partner engagement and Channel peace of mind.
You’ll elevate targeted demand generation, marketing programs, alignment activities, and coordinate and collaborate cross-functional teams (including SE organization, sales) to deliver a world class experience for the partner.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute an impactful Channel plan and strategy to further develop the Mimecast Channel Ecosystem in region.
- Create and execute a plan to find, recruit, onboard and enable new Mimecast Channel Partners
- Execute against existing Partner Recruitment qualification process to ensure the right Partners are brought into the Program
- Align appropriate Mimecast sales resources to the partner base in a structured and efficient way that delivers upon our desired business outcomes of increased opportunities and revenue eg: account mapping, call out days, sales enablement
- Build Partner Business Plans with Key Partners and Development Partners and have Quarterly reviews.
- Articulate the Mimecast value proposition to partner execs and sales teams
- Deliver a world class experience for the partner
- Drive incremental ( Partner Generated ) Revenue growth for Mimecast
- Drive Partner Enablement and certification
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing partner relationships & channel sales
- Understanding of the partner landscape within region
- Technology sales and channel sales experience with a focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- Interface at all levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Outcomes focused individual with a growth mindset
- Strong presentation, program management, and negotiation skills
- Degree level education (preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
- Ideally you have experience in the Cyber Security industry
- German & English language skills is highly desirable
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is EUR 72,000 - EUR 108,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
