Hybrid in the office - 3 times a week

 

Responsibilities - You will do:

  • Strategic Growth & Planning: Define and execute high-level partnership strategies and Go-to-market (GTM) plans that align with corporate objectives.

  • Partner Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle of partner engagement, including identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing strategic relationships.

  • Revenue Generation: Directly manage and grow partner-driven and partner-influenced revenue, often tracking performance against specific KPIs like deal velocity and customer retention.

  • Negotiation & Contracts: Craft and renegotiate complex partnership agreements to maximize commercial opportunities while balancing legal and regulatory risks.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align partnership goals with internal roadmaps and create co-branded assets or integrations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze partnership performance data, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and provide detailed reporting to executive leadership. 


Requirements - You will have:

  • 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic sales.

  • English language proficiency - Advanced

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS, Industrial Software, CPG, Manufacturing) and technical aptitude to discuss software capabilities.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Strategic Thinking Ability to see the "big picture" and identify how partnerships fit into long-term market dynamics.

  • Advanced Negotiation Proficiency in influence and persuasion to close high-stakes, win-win deals.

  • Data Mastery Skilled in using CRM Software, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to derive actionable insights.

  • Communication/Collaboration Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with C-suite executives and diverse global partners.

  • Adaptability Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot strategies based on market shifts or partner needs.
