Change Success Manager

The Change Success Manager (CPQ – Configure, Price, Qoute) is responsible for leading and coordinating the activation and adoption of the CPQ platform across the Ecolab organization.  This role partners closely with the CPQ project managers, key business stakeholders (sales, sales ops, commercial admins, commercial finance), training, and communications to ensure the CPQ solution is activated and adopted successfully within each business, delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

The Change Success Manager provides execution leadership across complex, cross‑functional programs, leading and coordinating training within the businesses, gathering ongoing feedback and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, tracking and reporting out of adoption metrics to gauge success, and reinforcing the value of the CPQ program across the enterprise.

What you will do

  • Lead the change management process for CPQ as the solution is activated by each Ecolab business and division
  • Lead training and activation initiatives, work with training and comms to adjust as needed based on critical perspective gain from activations

  • Help drive the adoption and success of CPQ with each SBU by:
    • Keeping a pulse on adoption and collecting feedback post launch
    • Organizing feedback and working with each business to drive action & provide clarity
    • Continuous reinforcement of the value of the solution with users

  • Capture success stories and work with training and communications to turn into value stories that can be shared across the organization

  • Partner with the training and technical teams to drive action on feedback limiting adoption and communicate plans back to SBUs
  • Help support the launch of new functionality and the training and ongoing change management processes
    • Renewals and Amendments
    • Digital Subscriptions
    • Other Future State Functionality

  • Own creating, tracking, communicating to Growth Ops leadership key success metrics related to CPQ including:
  • Average Quote Time
  • Positive Sales Feedback
  • Total Quote Value / Quantity
  • Quotes approved, implemented, etc…
  • Ensure alignment across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive predictable outcomes through influence and collaboration
  • Facilitate alignment across global teams to support enterprise-scale delivery through cross‑team communication, executive updates, and decision-making forums

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6 years of change management experience with a history of success driving change around highly complex initiatives across a matrixed organization
  • Program or project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working sales / service teams to drive complex change initiatives moving from unstandardized (custom) processes to a standard organizational process across an organization (CPQ preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including experience with internal selling and influencing
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and coordinate complex initiatives across groups of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills in delivery planning and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in change management with professional certifications (i.e. change practitioner training or similar)
  • Experience with operating in a large, global enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with technical backend platforms and AI-enabled solutions

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
