Job Description:

The Change Manager - Digital Transformation is responsible for orchestrating and driving the

cultural and operational shift towards digital innovation across Sun Life Asia. This role serves

as a catalyst for change, ensuring the successful implementation of digital transformation

initiatives by:

Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies

Fostering a culture of digital adoption and innovation

Collaborating with key stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams

Driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of digital initiatives

Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of change management efforts

The Change Manager plays a crucial role in aligning Sun Life Asia's workforce with the

company's digital transformation goals, ultimately contributing to enhanced operational

efficiency, improved Client experience, and sustained competitive advantage in the rapidly

evolving digital landscape.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Change Manager to spearhead the digital transformation journey

across Sun Life Asia. This pivotal role is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and

cultural shift towards digital innovation, shaping the future of our organiz ation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Management Strategy and Execution (80%)

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for Asia's

digital transformation initiatives

Collaborate closely with Global Change Management, Regional Technology, and Asia

Communications teams

Partner with Business Unit (BU) Transformation leads to create and execute BU-

specific change plans

Monitor plan execution and measure effectiveness through:

o Team maturity assessmentso Employee surveys

o Other relevant metrics

Define clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics at both regional and BU levels

2. Digital Transformation Change Management (20%)

Support the delivery of various change management initiatives

Maintain an integrated communication plan for Digital Transformation across

Strategic Digital Initiatives in Asia, in collaboration with the Communications team

Cultivate a "change management" culture by:

o Maintaining and updating resource centers

o Organizing engagement activities

Work closely with digital leadership stakeholders to execute the communications

strategy

Develop compelling content to engage employees and effectively narrate our

transformation story

Provide expert change management advice to internal partners and project teams

Analyze and adapt technical information for various audiences and communication

channels

Manage collaboration and internal sites for initiatives as needed

Conduct training sessions when required

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in digital

transformation contexts

Strong change management and communication skills, with a track record of

successful implementations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field; advanced

degree preferred

Certifications in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) are a plus

Excellent influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated capacity to work in ambiguous environments and deliver measurable

results

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear understanding of business priorities and emerging technologies, especially

Generative AI

Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are an asset

Additional Information

This role may require occasional travel within the Asia region

Flexibility to work across different time zones when collaborating with global teams
