Change Manager - Drive Impactful Transformation on Project Paragon

Project Paragon is streamlining custody, fund administration and front-to-middle office workflows—transitioning to global providers like State Street Alpha and uplifting tooling on Charles River.

We work flexibly from our Sydney CBD Office where you can expect to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Change Manager with experience in Front Office and Investment Management environments to join our talented team and drive adoption across Project Paragon. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions for stakeholders as we implement new operating models, systems and processes.
Working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and SMEs, you’ll lead change management activities including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications and training - helping deliver a scalable, resilient investment operating model that supports growth and better client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the rollout of State Street Alpha and Charles River platforms within Challenger.
Develop and deliver training programmes and communications to support smooth transitions for internal teams.
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis.
Collaborate with project teams to execute change strategies and business readiness plans.
Manage change for diverse audiences across investment operations, risk and regulatory functions.
Build impactful executive presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders.
Skills and Experience needed
You'll have proven experience in change management within financial services, with exposure to Front Office or Investment Management processes. As well as
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI/ADKAR); certifications highly regarded.
Expertise in training design and delivery, stakeholder engagement and readiness planning.
Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify complex messages and tailor content for diverse audiences.
Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Experience supporting technology and operating model transformations, including migrations or platform implementations.
