We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to help mission teams adopt new AI-enabled solutions. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness assessments, and behavior change strategies that ensure successful adoption of new tools, workflows, and systems.  This role is remote supporting a Quantico, VA customer.  Local candidates preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Deliver communication materials, job aids, training content, and engagement activities.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate complex capabilities into user-friendly messages.
  • Support end-user adoption through workshops, demos, and continuous engagement.
  • Track adoption KPIs and address resistance or challenges proactively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of Microsoft Azure cloud engineering experience.
  • 1–3 years of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot configuration experience.
  • 10+ years of technical experience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM/Entra ID, storage, and automation.
  • Secret clearance.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Experience with AI solution rollouts or cloud modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with federal or regulated environments.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$121,600$204,200 USD
