The Change Management Partner I is responsible for supporting change initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans and communication strategies. The Change Management Partner I will play a crucial role in ensuring that organizational changes are implemented effectively and that any risks are identified and mitigated.
The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies.
- Support communication efforts by creating and delivering effective change-related messages to various stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to address them.
- Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to employees to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes and activities.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the status of change initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
- Experience working with Workday Skills Cloud.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in a related field.
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment with occasional travel.
- Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Strong hand and finger dexterity for typing and using office equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to conduct presentations and facilitate meetings.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and apply change management principles and practices effectively.
