Core Responsibilities
1. Provides support for managing and elevating production changes, evaluating associated risk, impact & conflict. Supports team in determining optimal schedule to implement production changes.
2. Provides technical support for elevation activities and/or works complex trouble shooting issues for clients. Completes a technical post certification for production elevations.
3. Supports the creation, maintenance, and utilization of policies and procedures for the configuration and implementation of new releases. Assesses requirements for future build outs.
4. Supports the packaging, testing, documentation, and distribution life cycle. Completes planning activities in coordination with stakeholders to effectively plan large and high risk elevations. Ensures releases are traceable, secure, tested and authorized.
5. Reviews functional and operational performance for adherence to customer requirements. Supports team in planning and overseeing the implementation of software and related hardware for test and acceptance environments. Supports the communication of release expectations across all impacted users.
6. Monitors integration testing activities throughout each phase of release processes. Monitors task queues and acts as a point of contact for issues or actions related to change tasks, workflows and resource allocation.
7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
