Change Analyst

As a Change Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our innovation journey. You’ll consider people, process, and technology change, ensuring leaders and employees are ready, willing, and enabled to embrace the future.

This role is focused on our people systems transformation. From assessing impacts to developing communication and capability initiatives, you’ll work with a Senior Change Manager to keep stakeholders engaged and ensure adoption is high.

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply structured change methodologies (like Prosci).

• Conduct impact assessments and contribute to change strategies.

• Drive communication and capability efforts to build readiness.

• Monitor adoption and benefits realisation.

• Support managers to guide their teams through transition.

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of people- and pay-related business processes and technology.

• Experience of systems transformation in the People/HR sphere (ideally Workday, aPay and/or UKG Pro).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to assess capability and define development options.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

• Adaptability, curiosity, and resilience – you thrive in change.

• Nice to have: Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci), logistics experience.
