What will your day look like?

As a Change & Adoption Management Consultant at VML MAP, your primary responsibility will be to guide organizations through changes in their operations, processes, or culture. You'll be tasked with:

  • Facilitating workshops, coaching, and training sessions.

Who are you going to work with?

  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex project environments both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in experimentation and co-creation of new value levers/solution approaches to address client problems.
  • Ability to shift between working from a helicopter view to the nitty-gritty details, potentially across multiple projects.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint. Proficiency in other presentation tools is beneficial.
