THE JOB:
As a Cocktail Server at the Chandler Steakhouse, you will provide memorable experiences in a vibrant dining atmosphere. You’ll use your 1-2 years of fine dining cocktail experience to efficiently take and serve orders while delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and a deep knowledge of menu offerings, we want you to bring your skills and warm personality to our dedicated team!
THE STARTING RATE: $8.75 per hour plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Efficiently take and serve food and drink orders, including cocktails, to guests.
Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and non-alcoholic selections.
Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and organizing service areas.
Resolve guest complaints within your authority, referring complex issues to management as necessary.
Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and activities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1-2 years of prior high-volume beverage experience as a Cocktail and/or Food server in a similar environment is preferred
Willing and able to work a Part-Time schedule, 3-4 days/week. 8 hour shifts, anytime between 4:00pm-1:00am

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$8.75The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $9,000.Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
