As the CFO Brasil you will be the strategic Finance Enterprise Partner for a dynamic and growing country. You will partner with the Brazilian Enabling Team (BET), acting as a key business partner to develop and drive strategy, and lead the Brazil finance organization. This senior leadership role requires a deep financial background and the ability to translate business decisions into enterprise-wide financial impact while upholding the highest compliance standards. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding optimal resource allocation, identifying new business opportunities, and translating operational decisions into clear, enterprise-wide financial impact.

The Opportunity:

Who you are:
Master's degree in Economics/Finance required (or a Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience).
An MA/MBA is highly preferred.
Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and oral).
A proven track record and solid experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry is essential.
Requires at least 15 years of solid experience within strategic finance scopes, culminating in a proven track record as a Finance leader and strategic business partner to senior and executive-level leaders. You must have a demonstrated ability to architect and implement financial strategies that align with and accelerate enterprise-wide business goals, all built upon this extensive foundation.
With over 10 years of people management experience, you are a proven leader with an enterprise-wide focus, skilled at unifying and guiding diverse, virtual teams of both direct and indirect reports. You possess a strong track record of developing high-performing teams through dedicated coaching, demonstrating a deep passion for developing others and a firm commitment to promoting diverse and inclusive environments.
A broad background across diverse Finance functions is strongly desired to ensure comprehensive strategic knowledge. This must be coupled with required experience in business-facing roles and in leading/managing cross-regional projects, demonstrating a strong global presence and strategic partnership.
Drawing on significant international experience from having lived and worked in more than one country and/or at the affiliate level, you think strategically and apply exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence all levels within a complex, multicultural matrix organization.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep sense of curiosity that motivates and inspires your team, you are a strategic thinker who champions agile ways of working, empowered decision-making, and a creative mindset and you have a strong learning agility and a focus on prioritizing the right work for the highest impact.
