Manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi.

Conduct in-depth research into on-chain mechanisms such as staking, liquidity provision, lending protocols, and yield strategies to inform product design and ensure seamless CeFi-DeFi integration.

Lead marketing efforts for CEX DeFi-related products, collaborating with business development teams, local market managers, and other teams for effective execution.

Gather user insights and identify the latest trends and hotspots in the crypto/Web3 industry to positively influence the product roadmap.\

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support product optimization and user experience improvement.

Work efficiently with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business teams to identify partnership opportunities and drive product adoption.

Analyze data and customer feedback to develop actionable product implementation plans that enhance product-market fit and user engagement.

3-5 years of product strategy/product management experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

High-level understanding of the Web3 industry; solid grasp of on-chain mechanisms (e.g., smart contract interactions, DeFi protocol design, tokenomics, and cross-chain workflows) is required.

Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, proactively identifying opportunities and pushing initiatives forward without waiting for direction.

Demonstrated creativity and willingness to experiment — able to propose novel product ideas and challenge conventional approaches.

Prior experience in exchanges, VCs, project teams, or hands-on operational roles is preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
