Certified Nursing Assistant CNA
Mishawaka, IN and surrounding areas

On an Average Day You Will:
(includes but not limited to)
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Support personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the clinical team
• Document care provided according to company standards
What You'll Bring to The Team:
• Active CNA license in the state of Indiana
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
