Certified Home Health Aide CHHA Staffing Aide
Full-Time | Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week
Service Area: Union, Essex, Bergen, and Middlesex Counties, NJ
Transportation Support: $20/week (up to $100/month)

As a Personal Care Aide – Staff Aide, You Will:
Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
Support meal preparation and housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Be dispatched to various client homes to ensure continuity of care
Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Represent Elara Caring with professionalism and compassion in every interaction
Schedule Requirements:
Full-Time, Guaranteed 40 hours per week
6 days per week required
Minimum of one weekend day required
Flexible to support clients across assigned counties as needed
What is Required:
Certified Home Health Aide Certificate in the State of New Jersey
Experience providing personal care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable personality
Ability to work in different home environments throughout your service area
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed
