Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36Position Highlights:
Full-Time, 36 hours per week
12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled
Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules
Starting pay at $18.31 per hour, with additional compensation for experience
Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vascular access procedures under RN mentorship
Follow RN guidance on patient target fluid loss
Monitor and report changes in vital signs to the RN
Observe patients throughout dialysis treatments
Set up dialysis equipment
Accurately document patient information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire (on-the-job training available)
Current BLS CPR certification
