A key area of GSMA’s focus is to expand its Security Certification Services portfolio to help the industry meet the ongoing challenges of securing their devices, SIMs and networks.

About the Team
GSMA Services delivers its service capability through a small, collaborative and dynamic Managed Services team, based across the globe in Atlanta, London & Hong Kong. The Managed Services team works closely with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Industry Security teams, to provide services which protect both our members and their customers from security threats within the mobile ecosystem.
About the Role
Provide functional, operational and administrational support to our Managed Services Certification Services team
Respond to initial information requests and applications and common/routine queries
Receive completed application forms and enter data into relevant schedule
Assist in the scheduling of audits through liaison with auditees and auditors
Maintain schedules by logging all audit administration & status. Ensure audit schedules are aligned with auditing companies
Manage invoices, purchase orders, Salesforce updates and other related operational tasks
Create and issue certificates, including the management of certificates and/ or details on the service website
Formally engage/communicate with auditees in regard to upcoming expiry dates, obtaining feedback, and providing status updates
Develop and maintain good knowledge of methodologies, internal procedures and costs guidance documents and be able to apply it
About You
Experience of working in a service-focused organisation
Be organised and systematic, able to follow and enforce set protocols
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work autonomously, be a self-starter
A good team player with flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Be confident in seeking guidance for a typical situations
Ability to build relationships across the organisation as a whole
Demonstrate good stakeholder management to build relationships with auditing companies and customers
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient (intermediate level or above) in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Salesforce CRM tool, invoice generation and Purchase Order management
