Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Certificate Team Manager to their SIP Insurance Services team in Los Angeles Metro Region. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Certificate Manager to join our team. This role supports multiple producers who manage large contractor books of business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at handling high-volume certificate processing, including renewals and daily on‑demand requests.

Essential Functions:

  • Process certificates of insurance for large contractor accounts
  • Manage high-volume renewals and same-day certificate requests with fast turnaround
  • Review, analyze, and interpret insurance requirements and contract language
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with Account Managers regarding insureds’ needs
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation and transactions
  • Maintain organized workflows and consistently meet daily processing deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
    Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation
    Reliable and consistent attendance

Education & Experience:

  • Active P&C License required
  • Experience working with contractor accounts highly preferred
  • Certificate management experience in an insurance setting strongly preferred

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.

Pay Transparency Range
$55,000$70,000 USD
