  • Respond immediately to equipment alarms, system failures, and emergency situations by troubleshooting problems, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and restore normal operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of equipment operations, energy consumption, system performance metrics, maintenance activities, and incident reports using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Adjust system operations based on building demand, weather conditions, and occupancy patterns to optimize energy efficiency while maintaining environmental conditions within specified parameters.
  • Communicate effectively with facility managers, maintenance personnel, and client representatives regarding system status, operational issues, and scheduled maintenance activities to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Participate in rotating shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays to provide 24/7 coverage, responding to after-hours emergencies and maintaining continuous monitoring of critical systems.
