40Gundersen Health System is looking for an energetic and service‑minded Central Service Distribution Aide to join our mission‑driven team! What's Available:
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Monday-Friday: 2nd shift 2:30PM-11PM
Every third weekend and two holidays per year: 2nd shift 2:30PM-11PM
Location: Main Campus - La Crosse
Department: Distribution
Shift differential of $.75/hour for PM's, $1.75/hour for nights & $1.50/hour for weekends
This position has an 8/80 hour flex overtime computation.
What you will do:
Gain valuable supply chain experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting!
Rotate among several supply & equipment delivery tasks, with frequent changes in priority:
Provide internal customer service by taking calls from nursing, OR, and clinic staff to fulfill urgent supply & equipment needs.
Clean and redistribute moveable medical equipment throughout the hospital.
Unbox and stock nightly deliveries of supplies in hospital storage rooms and the OR.
Ensure the accuracy of supplies within emergency carts and kits by replacing used or expired items.
Perform other miscellaneous and as-needed tasks.

What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalency
No experience required
Ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities
Ability to walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
