Integrated Supply Chain Test Director – GEHC

Position Summary

Lead integrated supply chain global test engineering team within GE Healthcare. Drive operational excellence, digital factory, automation, and cost optimization across supply chain functions. Enable scalable production and regulatory compliance through advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-discipline test engineering team to design, build, integrate, document & qualify electrical & mechanical fixtures, system level standard platform hardware, platform software architecture, custom test applications and integration of test SW onto GEHC platform architecture.
  • Partner with GEHC Segment Directors and program engineering teams to receive and prioritize new Test System development projects, obtain vetted Test Requirement Specs, prototype parts and finalized product designs.
  • Create AR and sub-AR’s to obtain approved funding to manage test development projects.
  • Design transfer automated test solutions to plants and suppliers; train; partner with manufacturing engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering to share documents, software, user manual, preventive maintenance, & spares.
  • Coordinate material procurement & build of custom and complex initial design of fixtures and new or modified test platforms.
  • Manage partnerships with integrator suppliers to build-to-print platforms and custom test solutions of hardware & software onto standard platforms. Manage equipment requirement specifications, PO’s, design reviews, feedback and supplier coordination.
  • Prioritize & maintain funnel of active improvement projects: VCP, sourcing transfers, dual site manufacturing projects, capacity, etc.
  • Coordinate shipment of automated test solutions globally to plants and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Expertise in automation systems integration, testing systems development, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with FDA, ISO 13485, and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, PLM, and digital twin technologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
