Job Summary
Serves as a strategic advisor and operational integrator for the Global CEM leadership team. This role ensures alignment between organizational priorities and execution, driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. Acting as a force multiplier, this role will enable leadership to focus on high-level strategy and external engagement while ensuring day-to-day governance and delivery.
Responsibilities
•Partner with leadership to define and execute global strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer enablement outcomes.
•Provide insights and recommendations on growth initiatives, resource planning, and organizational priorities.
•Oversee governance cadence, KPI dashboards, and reporting for global programs.
•Ensure timely execution of transformation initiatives and risk mitigation across regions.
•Lead Management of Change (MoC) for strategic transformations
•Develop and manage internal communications strategy, including newsletters and SharePoint content.
•Act as liaison between Global CEM leadership and key stakeholders (Sales, GCO, Enablement, Category teams).
•Drive alignment and accountability for shared offerings, automation, and customer self-serve initiatives.
•Manage leadership priorities, prepare briefing materials, and support decision-making processes.
•Represent leadership in operational forums and ensure follow-through on strategic commitments.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management (CRM), customer service, customer experience management, account management, or a related field.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
