We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join the Compass New Development Team at Compass HQ at 110 5th Avenue. This integral role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative and operational efficiency of the team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational and written communication skills, and collaborates without ego. 

This role is Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm and fully based out of Union Square HQ office (110 5th Ave.)

The Role & What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, project managers and sales teams.
  • Assist with scheduling for team members and individual project needs. 
  • Update and maintain CRM records, contact lists, traffic reports, and additional tracking documentation. 
  • Generate sales and operational reports for internal review and distribution.
  • Coordinate the creation, inventory, and distribution of internal marketing collateral and materials.
  • Ensure all listings and websites remain accurate and compliant. 
  • Manage the circulation and scheduling of email campaigns and newsletters across team’s portfolio. 
  • Draft agendas and prepare meeting minutes for review and distribution. 
  • Execute upon the planning, ideation, and logistics for team and project events, broker previews, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with on-site staff and external developer teams to oversee the administrative and operational needs of sales galleries.

What We're Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in office administration, real estate, hospitality, event coordination or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of keeping projects and tasks on track.
  • Articulate and polished written communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to be highly discreet and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Licensed Associate Real Estate Salesperson preferred but not required.

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $30/hr-$33/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
