Papillion Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Bellevue, Nebraska!
No CDL? No problem! We provide the truck, training, and even pay for your CDL to help you grow your career.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in classroom, yard, and on-the-road training to prepare for the CDL exam
- Learn and follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Assist with pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Practice safe vehicle operation under the supervision of a certified trainer
- Develop knowledge of routes, delivery procedures, and customer service
- Perform general labor or warehouse tasks when not in training
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 21+ (per DOT requirements)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to lift 75lbs as needed

- Pay Range | $18 - $24 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – Route Complete
