Ferguson is currently seeking Class B CDL Drivers for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for customer‑focused drivers who value safety, reliability, and professional service.
Schedule
Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00AM start time.
Qualifications
Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
Must hold a valid CDL, meet and maintain all CDL qualification requirements, and be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a DOT Medical Card or have the ability to obtain one
Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Previous experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping and delivery, preferred
Experience using, or ability to learn, basic technology such as tablets and other hand-held devices
Strong communication skills with with a customer-focused approach
Regular and reliable attendance
Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
Responsibilities
Deliver materials to customers in a professional manner, assisting with loading and unloading
Represent Ferguson professionally at customer locations, providing courteous and responsive service
Pick up customer returns and validate product accuracy for credit
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the vehicle as needed, and report issues promptly
Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE
Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment
Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
