JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Oversees the development and management of services within assigned areas while ensuring compliance with CCBHC standards. Coordinates recruitment and onboarding of staff, enhancing employee productivity through training programs, and ensuring clinics meet core service obligations. Responsible for staff management and service quality assurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Educates on Centerstone programs and services, employee vacancies, clients served, and job duties.
  • Coordinates with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Administrative Assistants for program needs.
  • Implements evidenced-based practices for CCBHC fidelity.
  • Maintains communication with employees and fosters a positive organizational culture.
  • Develops internal training programs for employee growth and career development.
  • Conducts screenings with candidates and coordinates recruitment processes.
  • Increases outreach to community partners and educational institutions for recruitment.
  • Works independently and seeks additional duties as needed.
  • Determines training needs based on clinical reviews, grant guidelines, and collaboration with Statewide CCBHC Manager and other stakeholder leaders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient in customer service techniques, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Expertise in responsible delegation, showcasing time management and prioritizing tasks to enhance team productivity.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, utilizing these tools for efficient reporting and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with colleagues and community partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Familiarity with confidentiality guidelines, maintaining privacy and security of sensitive information.
  • Understanding of virtual communication platforms, effectively engaging with teams remotely.
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel, providing insights for informed decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Years of Experience

Minimum one year of experience working in community outreach, training & development, recruiting, or similar field required.

Preferred experience working in an organization which provides behavioral health and/or addictions treatment services.
