Job Description

The Sector seller is responsible for developing a sector-led sales strategy allowing Concentrix to address industries’ unique needs and to create deals that align to the prospects’ imperatives and solve their business problems. They achieve this though building a high profile within the sector/market through leadership and becoming a genuine ‘person of interest’.
They will develop a priority list of targets within a sector or market, and they will nurture these into leads and will then manage the opportunities from initial sales qualification, through pursuit to close. To achieve this, they will assemble and lead a strong multifunctional team for each deal, which utilizes enterprise solution support, practice area expertise and the development of productive relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at the potential new clients. This is a strategic, individual contributor role who brings to bear the best of sales at Concentrix, within a high-culture team environment, that positively encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

In this critical role, reporting to the CCaaS & CAI Leader you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focused on driving revenue, product & services adoption, and market presence for our CCaaS and Conversational AI solutions across the EMEA market.

Your business acumen will enable you to effectively engage with new sales opportunities and manage relationships with clients at the CXO/VP level, particularly in partnership with our Service Line Leaders and our strategic partners. We seek a professional who can think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technology challenges, and who can craft compelling value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners. Your ability to work cross-functionally to build consensus will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do

· Partner with Concentrix International and Domestic sales & Acct Mgt teams to drive CCaaS and Conversation AI pipeline.

· Support building the CX Tech business case and drive the need for change by focusing on commercial outcomes (TCO, ROI)

· Contribute to sector and priority account planning

· Work with our Strategic Partner Alliance teams to create Partner motions and co-selling opportunities.

· You’ll lead proposition design and direct selling motions.

· Develop and manage key relationships across the Partner EMEA ecosystem (AWS, Genesys, Nice) to identify new business opportunities and provide proper communication on account activity

· Methodically manage accurate tracking/reporting of leads, sales pipeline and alliance related goals and objectives

· Coordinate Sales enablement activity, training sessions and joint partner sessions e.g. lunch & learn/ QBR sponsorship etc.

Measures of success

· Accelerate revenue and market presence: Spearhead initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline and expand market share for Concentrix.

· Achieve Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or surpass both quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets, demonstrating outstanding sales performance.

· Craft compelling value propositions that distinctly set Concentrix apart from the competition, highlighting our unique advantages and compelling offerings in the marketplace.

· Engage in Industry Events: Actively participate in essential industry events to expand networks and seize new opportunities.

· Strategically implement sales plans: Formulate and execute targeted vertical/ sector sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance market reach.

· Nurture a thriving pipeline: Sustain, expand and help to grow a robust pipeline that supports continual growth and opportunity.

· Lead contract negotiations: Oversee and manage contract negotiations in conjunction with internal stakeholders, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.

· Build enduring client and partner relationships: Foster and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, prioritizing mutual success and growth.

· Travel requirements: Prepare for moderate travel to support your role and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

· Extensive sales expertise in CCaaS/ CAI technology-related sales solutions and/or architecting.

· Prioritized experience: CX Tech (CCaaS, Conversational AI)

· Exceptional communication skills: Excel in delivering presentations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

· Negotiation expertise: Outstanding ability to negotiate favorable terms and build beneficial relationships.

· Consultative selling proficiency: Skilled in applying consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs.

· Collaboration and influence: Ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes in a “win as a team” environment.
