Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Maintain stable MES operations through daily monitoring, issue response, and preventive actions.
• Manage and enhance system integration between MES, ERP, PLC, and production equipment to ensure accurate data flow.
• Develop, upgrade, and maintain shop-floor applications and tools that support manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot MES errors, production system disruptions, and user-reported issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and real-time visibility for production reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, production, engineering, and quality teams to drive digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage system documentation, change history, and compliance with internal IT and audit requirements.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience with MES operation or development in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of ERP, PLC, and production systems
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Production, Quality, Engineering)
