Catering and Conference Services Associate
Step into the world of luxury event execution where precision meets creativity. As a Catering and Conference Services Associate, you will be part of a high-performing team that brings extraordinary events to life — from high-level corporate conferences to elegant weddings and bespoke celebrations.
This role offers experience to both the strategic and operational sides of events management. You will gain exposure in client engagement, revenue-driven planning, and cross-department collaboration, all within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
This position is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aspires to build a long-term career in luxury events, catering, or hospitality leadership.
What you will do:
You will serve as a key support to the Director of Catering and Conference Services and the wider team, playing an integral role in shaping seamless event journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accuracy and attention to detail
Managing event timelines, schedules, and booking databases to ensure flawless coordination
Supporting client communication throughout the planning process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage
Collaborating closely with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to align execution with guest expectations
Contributing to revenue optimisation and operational excellence through meticulous administrative support.
What you bring:
Possess a Diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent
High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
Strong interpersonal, customer-focused attitude and communication skills
Curiosity and interest in the luxury market
