· develop Centrum & Oral brand and shopper strategies, creating detailed annual OP business plans and quarterly brand-shopper activation plans, and deploying the plans to channel TMK and field sales force.
· Based on category knowledge, channel and shopper insight, RTM strategy, develop Centrum and Oral offline channel strategy.
· Co work with brand marketing and channel TMKT, put brand strategy into practice.
R&R
1. Based on pharma shopper behaviour and calcium category insight, identify business opportunities and design Centrum and Oral offline channel strategy (especially by Geo, by sub-Channel, by KA) to deliver sales, share and profit.
2. Design, develop and deploy offline Centrum and Oral 4P strategy (price, portfolio, place, promotion), create and launch shopper program, merchandising guidelines to drive distribution, in-store visibility, offtake and channel execution.
3. Track and feedback on the execution of category plans, bridge BU and the sales team, enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
4. Monitor market and policy dynamics, analyse and evaluate competitor environment, take quick actions towards market and channel changes.
5. Responsible for category E2E business cycle such as annual target setting (31 plan&OP), monthly forecasting (Pre DRM) and quarterly cycle meeting.
Work with CE to develop and set proper route to market strategy and work with NRM team to identify NRM opportunities for Caltrate brand;
